Mushroom Demonstration Unit : The mushroom production unit is available at KVK, Khagaria. Production technique of the same is being popularized among farmers and rural youth of the Khagaria district.
Video Conferencing Facility : There is a video conferencing facility at KVK, Khagaria through which the experts of the host organization Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour interact with farmers of the district and train them on different aspects of agricultural technology and allied sectors. The video conferencing unit consists of Computer setup, Television, HD Camera, as well as a furnished room.
Senior Scientist and Head Quarter : One Senior Scientist and Head Quarter quarter is available at KVK, Khagaria.
TA Quarter : Three TA quarters are available at KVK, Khagaria.
Supporting Staff Quarter : Two Supporting staff quarters are available at KVK, Khagaria.

Farmer Guest House: Farmers Guest house at KVK, Khagaria has three dormitory rooms, one dining room, one office room, one store room, one kitchen, four toilets and two bathrooms.
KVK Farm field : KVK, Khagaria has 30 Acres of land of which 20 acre is being cultivable and rest 10 acres is under building, road and orchard.
Vehicles : KVK Khagaria has one Bolero Jeep, One Tractor and Two Motorbikes.
